Dutch Oven Cherry Cobbler Recipe

4 cans of fruit (Apple, Peach, Or Cherry Pie Filling)
3 boxes of plain cake mix
2 boxes of instant pudding mix (French Vanilla)
1 stick of butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 12OZ Can of Sprite or 7-UP

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the coals for 15 mins then apply them to the dutch oven. 20 on bottom, 10-15 on top.
2. Preheat dutch oven to just above the point where you can comfortably touch it. Create a clean area to place the lid you remove it to check the cobbler as it cooks, (Clean rocks or lid stand)
3. Put in 2 boxes of cake mix (spread out evenly on the bottom)
4. Put in all of the pie filling (spreading out evenly over the cake mix)
5. Put in the remaining cake mix in a ring around the edge
6. Put the pudding mix in the middle (evenly spreading out both boxes)
7. Use 1 C Brown Sugar, and just spread or sprinkle on top of cake mix.
8. Cut the stick of butter into chunks and spread evenly on the top.
9. Pour half of the sprite/7-UP in evenly around the whole mess to wet it.
10. Place approximately 20 coals under the dutch oven, and 12 to 15 on top. Let cook until the pudding mies brown up nicely.
11. Rotate the dutch oven bottom every 15 minutes clockwise and rotate the lid counter clockwise.
