2-3 Bunches or lbs of Asparagus
4-5 Boiled Eggs
French Fried Onion Rings
Cheddar Cheese
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Sour Cream
Liptons Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends of asparagus an chop into 1 inch pieces.
Saute in butter until tender.
Layer ingredients in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish in the following order:
Asparagus
Chopped Eggs
Onion Rings about 1 Cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (enough to cover the top)
Mixture of soup, sour cream (1 cup) and onion soup mix. Spread on top of cheese.
Sprinkle onion rings on top (as needed)

Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and onion rings are browned.
