1 - 32oz. bags of oreida potato shreds hashbrowns
1 - onion, chopped or diced
1 - 10.5oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1 - 10.5oz. can of cream of celery soup
3 tbsp margarine
1/2 lb colby cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Mix potatoes, onion, celery, mushroom soups and 1/2 of the cheese.
Coat 9"x13" baking dish with spray.
Spread mixture into dish.
Sprinkle other 1/2 of cheese evenly over top.
Dot margarine evenly over cheese.
Bake at 350ºF
