¼ c all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ lb. boneless beef round steak (3/4” thick), cut into 6 serving-sized pieces
1 T vegetable oil
14 ½-oz can whole tomatoes – undrained and chopped
½ c finely chopped celery
½ c finely chopped carrots
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ c onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt; and sprinkle ½ tsp. over each piece of meat, and pound into both sides
Brown meat on both sides in oil in skillet
Place in 11x7x2” baking dish
Save pan drippings and stir remaining flour into skillet until smooth; add remaining ingredients
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
