Directions:
I put sausage in processer & grind it a little finer. Combine sausage, onion, chives, basil, garlic, 3/4 tsp paprika, salt & pepper in a bowl. Unfold pastry onto lightly floured surface. Roll each pastry sheet into an 11" X 10 1/2" rectangle. Cut widthwise into 3 1/2" strips.
Spread 1/2 cup of sausage mixture down the center of each strip. Fold pastry over & press edges together to seal. Cut each roll into 6 pieces. Make 3 cuts on top of each roll. Place seam side down on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining paprika. Bake at 350º for 20-25 mins. or until golden brown.
Important to place on a rack when you bake to keep them out of the grease from the sausage.
