4-5 anchovies
1-2 garlic cloves
2-3 inches olive oil
1-2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp mayo
pinch of salt, pepper
2 Tbs Parmesan
dash plus Worcestershire
1/4 -1/2 lemon

In a mortar crush anchovies and garlic into paste.
Add 2-3 inches of olive oil
Add remaining ingredients.
