Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3/4 C flour
2 C sugar
3/4 C cocoa
2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt

2 eggs
1 C strong coffee
1 C buttermilk
1/2 C oil
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above together - whisk the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and lightly whisk to combine. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into a greased tube pan and bake 40 minutes (check at 35).

Very important!!! Make sure you completely cool the cake before attempting to remove it from the pan! 35 - 40 minutes as well. Although the hunks of cake are tasty, it looks much more appealing in one piece!

You can dust it with confectioner's sugar, but I don't bother - it's delicious and moist just as it is!

Personal Notes:
This doesn't last long at the lake! Audrey loves it with cool whip - I go for real whip cream! This one came from Gina Cortese and quickly became a family favorite.
