5 lbs. Chili Meat
5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 bottle paprika 2 1/2 oz
1 tbsp hot pepper seeds
quart of water
4 large onions finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
19 oz can tomato sauce
9 tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Fry & Saute Chili 1 pd at a time, remove from heat. Fry onions slowly, separately. Mix all, cook 3-4 hours on low heat after boiling begins.
