Meat Sauce
12oz. mostacolli noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 qt. tomatoes
15. oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt 1/2tsp. pepper
1 tsp. each oregano parsley, celery salt and basil


Cheese Sauce:
1 1/2 cubes butter
1/2 C. flour
3 C. milk
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook Pasta   brown meat and onion. add remaining ingredients to meat mixture.  simmer until liquid is absorbed.  add pasta to meat sauce salt and pepper to taste.
 
In large sauce pan melt butter wisk in flour add milk stir until thick.  Add cheeses.   stir until combined and smooth.  Layer meat mixture and cheese sauce ending with cheese sauce.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350
