¾ cup mayonnaise
2 cups celery, chopped
2 ½ cups chicken breasts, cubed
¾ cup habanero pepper, broken
½ cup chutney
1 ½ cups seedless green grapes, halved
2 8 oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained
3 cups wild rice, cooked

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts. Cover & chill up to 3 hours until ready to serve. Toss with cashews before serving. It is best to use this salad the day it is made.
