2 tbsp capers
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp dried dill
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups smoked salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure the salmon has the skin removed and then cut into pieces. In a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients, except capers. Stir capers in by hand. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2 ½ cups.
