In a skillet, ad 2- cup of vegetables oil to heat up to 175 f or make a test with a spoon ad batter and place the batter to the skillet to see if its hot enough ,, if its hot to the degree you want start making the tortas ,, in a small bowl add ketchup mayo, and parmesan cheese mixed and set asides,
