One hog head, cleaned and cooked
2 fryers (chicken)
3 lb. Ground Beef
8 lb. Potatoes
5 lb. Onions
One Gallon Ketchup
4 cans creamed corn
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and boil hog head. Cool enough to pull meat from bone. Boil fryers, and cool and take meat from bones. Brown ground beef. Using a grinder, grind hog head, chicken, potatoes and onions. Place meats in a large pot, add potatoes, onions, ketchup and corn. Salt and Pepper to taste. Use lots of pepper. Heat until bubbly, stirring often to prevent scorching.
