9 Eggs
3 C. Half-and-half
1/3 C. Sugar
½ tsp. Nutmeg
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 ½ tsp. Rum Extract
24 slices (3/4 inch) French Bread
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, half-and-half, sugar, vanilla, rum and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat until well blended. Arrange bread in 2 greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pans. Pour egg mixture over bread. Lift and tilt until all egg is mixture is absorbed. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown in 450-500 degree oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
