6 slices of White Bread, cubed
1 lb package of Spicy Breakfast Sausage
1 large Onion, chopped
½ Green Bell Pepper, chopped
½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
6 Eggs
1 ½ C. Milk
1 C. Sharp Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and put bread cubes in pan. Brown sausage with onions and bell peppers, drain and sprinkle over bread cubes. Whisk together eggs and milk, pour evenly over the sausage. Use a fork to press the sausage and bread into the milk mixture until all the bread is moist. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

To cook, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown and puffy and the eggs have cooked through. Let the dish stand 10 minutes before serving.
