Coconut Dressing
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup cream of coconut (drink mix aisle)
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lime juice
Dash of nutmeg

Salad
1- 15 oz can mandarin oranges
1 qrt strawberries sliced
4 kiwi peeled and sliced
red seedless grapes
salted cashews
2 large heads romaine lettuce torn.
Directions:

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or shaker and mix very well and chill.

Combine all salad ingredients in a very large bowl. Toss with salad dressing. Makes a lot
