1 box French Vanilla Duncan Hines Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin Orange
1/3 cup Natural Apple Sauce (no sugar)
Directions:
Directions:
Dump cake mix in mixing bowl. Add eggs, mandarin oranges (undrained) and apple sauce. Mix on medium speed approx. 2 minutes. Pour into prepared 13" x 9" baking dish (greased and floured).

Follow direction on box for baking (350º for 30-35 minutes).

Cool before adding topping.

Topping: 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (in its own juice), 1 box instant - sugar free - fat free - jello - vanilla pudding mix, 1 Cool Whip (8 oz.).
Stir pudding mix and pineapple until well blended.
