1 small pkg. semisweet chocolate bits
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup Bourbon
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Chocolate sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 pkg. chocolate bits with 3 Tbsp. butter in top of double boiler. When melted, add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup bourbon, blending well. Remove from heat and add approx. 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers and 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans. Shape into 1" balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Place on cookie sheet and place in fridge to get firm. Store in tin boxes. They will keep indefinitely. When shaping, keep them small, about 1" diameter.
