3 stalks celery (if desired)
2 yellow onions
1 can pinto beans
1 can chili beans
1 can ranch beans with jalapenos peppers
1 can kidney beans
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce with jalapeño peppers
11/2 pounds ground beef
salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Dice 1 onion and 3 stalks celery, fry with hamburger. Open all cans and combine everything in a large pot with the hamburger. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. Cook until hot. Dice 1 onion and grate cheese to put on the top of individual servings. Serves 6-8 and freezes well.
