Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 - Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup corn starch
Cocoa to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan, heat til thickened. If you feel you want more cocoa, mix cocoa with water to make a paste and add to mixture to keep it from being lumpy.
