Slaw:

1 package coleslaw mix
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 packages Oriental flavor ramen noodles, finely broken

Dressing:

1 cup canola oil
1/3 apple cider vinegar
½ cup sugar
2 packets of Oriental seasoning mix from the ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds and sunflower seeds over high heat, stirring frequently. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, scallions, broken ramen noodles and toasted nuts.

Blend dressing ingredients and toss with slaw ingredients until well coated.

Make at least one hour before serving.
