1 lb fresh cooked corn
1 lb cooked lima beans or edamame
6 oz pancetta, diced
1 onion, diced
pepper to taste
Old Bay to taste
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Warm olive oil in a large saute pan. Add pancetta and cook until slightly browned. Add onion and cook until soft. Add corn and lima beans. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle in pepper and Old Bay.
