2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add pineapple and cheese. Mix well. Coat baking dish with vegetable oil aerosol spray. Add pineapple mixture to baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle butter on top. Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes, uncovered. Note: Especially delicious with ham.
