1 yellow cake mix
1 instant vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1 mashed riped banana
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Confectioners sugar
Directions:

Mix all ingredients, grease a tube pan with vegetable oil spray
Put the mix into the pan and bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes
Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan
Make sure to use a tube shaped baking pan

Mom said that she tried the cake right after she made it and she really liked the cake because is very moist, then she tried one more time the night she made the cake and taste even better, then she tried the following day and was even better than the last time!!
