2 pounds beef, cubed
1 ½ cups tomato juice or sauce
2 cups potatoes, cubed
2 cups carrots cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place in a large casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 275 for 5 hours. Do not remove cover during cooking. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
