1 C butter, softened
2 C sugar
2 2/3 C cake flour
2 eggs
1 C buttermilk
2 Bakers chocolate squares
1 tsp soda
1/2 C hot water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter & sugar together, add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each one. Add flour gradually alternating with buttermilk. Add chocolate, soda & hot water mixed well together to other batter. Pour into greased and floured cake pans. Cook 25-30 min.
