3 egg whites or substitute powdered whites
1/3 c sugar
2 T lemon juice
1 cup thick apple sauce or pureed fruit

Directions:
Beat egg whites til stiff not dry. Gradually add sugar-beat in 1 T at a time. Beat in lemon juice and continue beating til stiff and glossy. Fold in
fruit gently. Spoon into individual dishes and serve immediately.
