Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 sup sugar
1 cup of almonds (chopped or smashed up)
1 package milk chocolate chips or 4-5 Hershey Candy Bars
1/4 cup almonds to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large saucepan.
2. Add sugar and cook slowly over high heat until caramelized. It should be yellow/golden brown in color - I would guess 6 minutes or so. Stirring constantly and keep it boiling.
3. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of chopped almonds and stir.
4. Pour into 7x11 inch pan. I pat up the butter with paper towel quickly - be careful because it's hot.
5. Cover with chocolate chips or candy bars and lay a dish towel over it for 5 minutes. Spread out the chocolate like frosting and sprinkle the last 1/4 cup of almonds.
6. Refrigerate and then cut or break into pieces. You can even "score" it into squares after 30 minutes of refrigeration if you remember.
7. Keep in air-tight container in refrigerator.
