¾ cup flour
¼ t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
1/3 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
2 T. water
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray a 8” square pan with cooking spray and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan, heat butter, sugar, and water just to a boil.
4. Add semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla and stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
5. Allow butter/sugar mixture to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. Combine flour mixture with butter mixture and stir in chips.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
