3/4 c (about 3 oz pecans)
2 pkgs (12 oz ea frozen squash
3 T melted butter
2 T cream
1 T brown sugar
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 tsp ginger

3T light corn syrup
2 T brown sugar
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a 2 qt casserole
Coarsely chop & set aside pecans
Cook the frozen squash
Blend thoroughly into squash 3 T butter & 2 T cream
Mix & add 1 T brown sugar, salt, pepper & ginger
Blend in 1/2 of the chopped pecans
Turn mixture into casserole
Combine remaining pecans with the syrup, 2 T brown sugar & 1 T melted butter.
Lightly drizzle this mixture over squash.
Bake @ 350 degrees about 20 min. or until glaze sets to form a crust
