CRUST:
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup softened butter

CARAMEL LAYER:
⅔ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar

OTHER:
2 cups whole pecan halves
1 cup milk chocolate chips

CRUST:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine crust ingredients and mix well. Pat firmly into ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle pecans over unbaked crust.

CARAMEL LAYER:
In saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 30-60 seconds as you stir. Pour mixture over pecans and crust. Bake in 350º oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with milk chocolate chips. Swirl chips as they melt; don't spread.
