1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
½ cups milk
1 pound chicken
¾ cup Picante sauce - use whatever strength you wish
1 tsp chili powder
4 oz can chopped green chilies
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken by boiling for 20 minutes in water. Drain chicken and chop into chunks. Mix soup and milk together. Mix chicken, picante sauce, chili powder, and chilies together. Add 2 tbsp of soup mixture. Spread ¼ chicken mixture in each tortilla, and roll tortilla around. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spread rest of soup mixture over top of enchiladas. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º. Serve with sour cream, picante sauce, chopped tomatoes, and/or shredded lettuce.
