1 yeast cake
¼ C warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 C scalded milk
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C melted margarine
½ tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
approx. 3 ¾ C flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400˚.
2. Dissolve yeast cake in ¼ C warm water and 1 tsp. sugar.
3. Scald milk. Add sugar, margarine, and salt.
4. Add eggs and flour.
5. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
6. Roll into balls and place in pan. Let dough rise until pan is half full.
7. Bake at 400˚ for 30 minutes, then at 350˚ for 10 minutes.
