1-2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4-5 carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 bag green peas
1 small zucchini, sliced (optional)
1 jar spaghetti sauce, your choice
1/2 bag gf pasta, of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add onions and garlic to soften. Then add veggies and water to cover. Allow to cook about 15 minute. Cook pasta separately. Add sauce and allow to simmer about 10 minutes, then add pasta and serve.
