Zucchini
Tomatoes
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the zucchini into chunks.
Dice the tomatoes and onion.
Add salt and pepper and put these ingredients in a baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Drain off the excess liquid, top with velveeta cheese. Put cover back on and put in oven until cheese melts.
