1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or crushed pretzels
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
2-3 bananas
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat until light. Stir in the pecans or pretzels and mix well.
Spread this mixture on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 10-20 minutes or til light brown. Remove from oven and cool. When cool, break into small pieces. This will be used on top of the pudding mixture.

Mix vanilla pudding as directed on the box. Stir in lemon juice and cool whip. Fold in sliced bananas.

Put in a bowl and top the first part.
