1 lb. hamburger
Diced onions
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 pkg. Lipton's Rice & Sauce (mexican flavor)
4-6 red, yellow or orange bell peppers
Salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Add taco seasoning. Prepare rice mix as directed on the package. Add to the meat mixture. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds & membrane. Stuff the peppers with the meat/rice mixture. Place peppers in a baking dish and add a small amount of water to cover the bottom of the pan. Top each pepper with salsa. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for approx. 30 minutes. Remove foil and cover the peppers with shredded cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese melts. You may put the oven on broil if you so desire. Serve with sour cream.
