Pastry for two crust pie
3 cups Saskatoons
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup uncooked minute tapioca
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Combine sugar and tapioca, then blend with the Saskatoons. Pour into the pie shell and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with pastry in a lattice design. Bake in 425º F oven for 45 - 50 minutes. Serve warm. 1/4 cup flour may be substituted for the tapioca.
