2 large "burpless" cucumbers (long thin ones)
1 tsp salt
1tsp vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup red onion sliced thinly
1 Tbsp fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers and put them in a glass bowl. Sprinkle them with salt and vinegar. Cover and let stand for 1/2 hour. Pour off the excess liquid. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and onion, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
