CAKE:
4 oz Nestles semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz bittersweet chocolate
½ cup boiling water
1 ⅓ cup sugar
8 oz butter
5 eggs

GLAZE:
½ cup whipping cream
1 ½ cup chocolate chips

SAUCE:
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tbsp melted butter
½ cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp almond extract
1 oz Amaretto liqueur

CAKE:
Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil: remove from heat. Add semi-sweet and bittersweet chocolates with butter, stirring until melted. Add eggs. Bake in 10-cup springform pan in water bath. (Water bath means placing the springform pan in another larger pan with small amount of water in the bottom). Cool and remove from pan after 10 minutes. When completely cooled, frost with glaze.

GLAZE:
Scald whipping cream and add 1½ cups chocolate chips. Very pretty drizzled with white chocolate over the top.

SAUCE:
Bring Eagle Brand, butter, Carnation and brown sugar almost to a boil. Add the almond extract and Amaretto.

To serve: spoon some sauce into a dessert plate and place a wedge of cake on top.
