4 Maraschino cherries with stems
½ cup powdered sugar
4 jigger's Chocolate/Cherry liqueur
¼ cup brandy
1 pint chocolate or chocolate fudge ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate cherries in brandy for at least 2 hours. Dip rims of 4 champagne glasses in water and then powdered sugar. Place a scoop of ice cream in each and store in freezer.
Ten minutes before serving, place in refrigerator to soften slightly. Pour one jigger of liqueur over each and top with a cherry.
