2 lbs lean ground beef
2 pkgs dry onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked rice
1 small to medium cabbage shredded
3 cans tomato soup
3 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown beef. Drain off fat. Mix in onion soup mix, soup, rice, salt, pepper and water. Place in a casserole dish. Bake one hour at 350°F. If dry add another can of soup and water. The rice tends to suck up the juice.
