1/2 cup slice scallions (green and white parts)
1/2 cup well-shaken buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t dried thyme
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1 t salt (I add more like a 1/4 t sea salt)
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Radishes
Bacon
Toasted almonds

Directions:
Puree the scallions in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Toss the dressing with the greens and serve other salad elements on top of the greens.

Made for Mom and Suzette and served with grilled rib eyes.

Prior to serving, I thinly slice radishes and sprinkle with salt and Accent and let sit for a few hours.
