1/2 c mayonnaise
1 T. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp.Sugar substitute or sugar
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 1/2 c purchased slaw mix
1 1/2 c cored, diced apples (3 small)
2 T chopped nuts
1/2 c finely chopped celery

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar, and apple pie spice. Add coleslaw mix, apples, walnuts, and celery. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Gently stir again just before serving.
