6 medium eggs
1/2 c. melted crisco
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, almond, etc)
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Melt crisco and margarine together. Cool and add sugar. Add eggs, and flavoring, In separate bowl combine dry ingredients, when mixed add to liquid ingredients gradually. Mixing until all is combined and you get a smooth batter. Preheat Pizzelle
maker, and start making your Pizzelle's. You can follow the procedure that comes with your Pizzelle maker.
