1/2 450g pkg linguine
2 85-g cans smoked oysters, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups packed spinach
1/2 cup finely grated parm
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions, 6-8 min. Heat a large frying pan over med-high heat. Add 2 tbsp oil from smoked oysters, then garlic. Cook for 1 min. Stir in oysters and spinach. Cook until spinach starts to wilt, 1 min. Add pasta, parm, parsley, salt, lemon zest and juice. Mix until combined.
