Ingredients:  
2 cups raw wild rice
3 small stalks celery
3 green onions
4 cups water
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 - 6oz cans shrimp - or equivalent
6 oz water chestnuts
1 green pepper
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice in water plus 2 tsp chicken bouillon.
Finely dice celery, green pepper, onions and water chestnuts.
Mix all together and add mayonnaise to taste.

I leave out green pepper as I HATE GREEN PEPPER - but everyone enjoys it anyway!
