5 oz Chinese Noodles
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 bunches green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 cups fresh snow pea pods
1 cup sliced carrots
1½ cup fresh bean sprouts
½ cup cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Break up noodles into small pieces as you drop into boiling water. Cook according to package directions. Stir while cooking.
Heat sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce in wok or fry pan. Add sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Heat just until oil and soy mix and onions are brown from soy sauce. Set aside.
Mix cooked noodles and pea pods that have been cooked in microwave for 1 minute. Add bean sprouts. Mix oil and soy sauce to cover vegetables. Chill overnight or at least several hours.
Stir and add cashews when you are ready to serve.

Be sure not to use cellophane noodles. The best Chinese noodles are China Bowl.

To make this a meal - you can add shrimp - very good!
