1 C Brown Rice
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C butter
1/4 C flour
1 1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C whipping cream
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C milk
3 C diced chicken
2 T dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice per package. Cook onions in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Replace on medium heat and slowly add broth, both creams and milk to mix. Stir until thick. Do not let boil. Add cooked rice, chicken, parsley, pepper and salt. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
