3 eggs
1 ½cup sugar
3 cups grated zucchini
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup salad oil
3 ½ cups sifted flour
¼ cup cocoa
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
½ tsp ginger
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in order given. Divide between 2 greased 8½" x 4¼" loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 1¼ hours.
